What to Expect With Our Hot Pilates Classes
When you arrive, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your instructor and have time to use our changing rooms and lockers. Step into the 38°C hot mat room with upbeat music setting the energy, where the instructor leads the class from the front. After your workout, refresh with a complimentary cold towel and enjoy hot or chilled beverages to rehydrate and unwind.
